Anybody been to Canada? I’ve never had my holidays in Canada before. But I’d really like to go there one day, to see the aurora borealis or the northern lights. I’ve seen it plenty of times on the screen but it’s not the same as experiencing the lights first hand. It’s a MUST for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I know that there are other places where the aurora can be viewed from but there is only ONE Niagara Falls in the whole world. If I’m not mistaken I think my parents had been there before and took some photos, or maybe just my dad. Such a wonderful sight.
Another sight not to be missed is the salmon run. I’ve seen a documentary on the tv once and it’s just so amazing how the salmon risk their lives and use so much energy to swim from the sea into the river against the current back to the place where they were born just to regenerate, and then die. It’s sad I know but this is just the way nature works. Skiing is my next to-do list while in Canada and where better to do this than in Whistler, the premier ski resort in North America.
I could find some holiday offers and Flights to Canada that are on specials now but I’m already using and going to use up all our savings for our trip back to KL. So I’m gonna have to take a raincheck on Canada, but still, I hope to see you soon!
