For those of you who don’t know, Eddie happens to be a chef. I’m not sure if that is a good thing for me because I have only a slight interest in cooking and him being a chef makes that easy for me. Also explains why I don’t cook a lot at home. He’s in Japanese cuisines. By now most of you must be thinking, “Oh, you’re so lucky. Do you get to eat sushi all the time?”, well, I don’t. Not because I can’t, but I won’t. Sick of it…hahaha…He doesn’t make sushi at home but will bring me some from work when I ask for it. Also he works during lunch and dinner time. That means off to work late but back from work even later. So no, he cannot cook at home unless it’s his off day. Anymore “You’re so lucky” comments?
It has been his dream to open his own restaurant. No more being bossed around. And he can partner with his brother who wants to make a living here. We are financially-tight at the moment with the little one. I want to save for a home before business. But recently Eddie’s found the restaurant loans that might make his dream come true sooner than we thought. We are going to have to start planning for the restaurant now.
